My name is Dick.  I began this series of websites as a student at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah.  The site started on my home computer as class notes.  Other students asked me to make my class notes available to them.  I did, by using a website.  As I was posting to the Internet I learned more about how to use the Internet.  I also learned I could make money using the web, at no cost and with very little time.  That's why you will see on this page various ads, along with links to other information sites.  When someone clicks on an advertising link I may get paid (pennies) and if someone buys something after clicking on the link, I may get a commission (like a 1% commission from Dell Computers). When the first website got full (the original http://dicksguides.com ) I started a second website, http://dicksguides2.com.  In 2004 I had grown to the point where I needed another Dick's Guide website, http://dicksguides5.com.  The index page on each site is almost the same as this one, but the site content differs.  This site, http://dicksguides2.com, contains guides to Happiness and Health AND links to Dick's Cyberspace Mall with over 1000 stores   The original http://dicksguides.com continues to provide guides to my college interests,  Knowledge, Pleasure and College.  The latest Dick's Guide, http://dicksguides5.com provides guidance to Love,   Wealth, and what has become the home to Dick's Cyberspace Mall, the World's Largest Internet Mall with over 1000 shops.  I should point out that I and my colleagues are not super gurus, but we are good Internet searchers.  Like you, we have more knowledge at out fingertips than all the greatest philosophers and scientists that lived before us.  We have tried to arrange this information in a way that might help you.
    People would often ask me for information I did not have.  If the information they wanted was interesting to me, I'd do some research and create a new web page. (I'm a good and fast Internet researcher.)  If you have a question or are looking for information, just drop me an email at ramann2997@aol.com.  I will always try to get back to you -- even if I am not going to answer your inquiry.  If you write to me for specific help, please put the word "HELP" in capital letters in your email's subject box.  It helps if you tell me why you need the information and when you need the information, especially if you have a deadline.  The deadline may spur me on, but it also enables me to respond to you and let you know I cannot meet the deadline.  I do not charge anything for this service, unless you're a lawyer or doctor or other professional seeking the research.  If you are such a professional, I charge $20 an hour.  The reason we do this research for free (or at low cost) is that we have found that if YOU are interested in some subject, others will also be interested.  This enables us to create a new page addressing your needs, with our ads.  When someone else looks for information on the same subject you asked about, we hope they may find one of our ads interesting.  We have discovered that The World's Largest Shopping Mall allows people to not just shop online, but to comparison shop on line.

While I started this website for College it branched out into Knowledge in general.  As I answered more people's questions I discovered I could group the questions into six major categories, with college information merely a subset of knowledge.  the major sections on this website are:

 Happiness - Health - Knowledge - Love - Pleasure - Wealth - College.
As we added more and more shops and stores to our advertisers, we consolidated the all into Dick's Cyberspace Mall, the World's Largest Internet Mall with over 1000 shops.
